helpful staffdirty roombroken kettle
the staff seemed nice, and check-in was straightforward.
The room wasn't clean. I found rubbish under the bed. there was only one towel provided, so we had to share it. the kettle kept boiling without stopping. I had to turn it off manually after it got too hot.

the price was indeed great for a quick stay i needed. the room included facilities like a decent shower and bath. facilities are so close. the hotel also offers free parking!
the kettle in my room was half full of water on arrival! this is a slight concern for hygiene reasons.

the location is very convenient with services located right next door. there are several dining options within a short walk. this includes pizza express, burger king, and subway, all within 100 meters!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance. the reception is staffed 24 hours a day, very reassuring. the check-in process was very quick! and efficient.

The rooms are a good size and include comfortable beds. crisp white sheets were a particularly nice touch. I loved them. the hotel provides good value for the money, though the parking was expensive!

adequate stay with noticeable issues
unhygienic washroomextra parking charge
the washroom did not feel clean on arrival. basic items such as a cup for toothbrushes were missing. i was informed they don't offer them anymore so i had to use a tea mug instead. this felt unhygienic. i was told that if i had booked directly, parking would have been free.
